Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-4fc3f8e1 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The service is available only to <strong>full-time college or university students<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>rental period<\/strong> runs from <strong>1 February to 30 November<\/strong> each academic year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Includes a <strong>standard-sized fridge with a deep freezer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The agreement is <strong>for one user<\/strong> (non-transferable).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The primary renter can share the fridge but is <strong>responsible for all damages, payments, and communication<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fridges are inspected every 2\u20133 months<\/strong> to ensure they work properly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The renter must <strong>allow access<\/strong> for inspections or maintenance when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Report any issues immediately<\/strong> &#8211; repairs and maintenance are <strong>free<\/strong> unless damage is due to negligence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monthly rental fee:<\/strong> R350.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>First payment:<\/strong> R450 (includes a R100 delivery fee).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payments must be made on the <strong>same date each month<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>3-day grace period<\/strong> is allowed for late payments <strong>with communication<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After that, a <strong>R10 daily late fee<\/strong> will apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Early cancellation<\/strong> during the academic year carries a <strong>R700 penalty<\/strong> and requires <strong>one month\u2019s notice<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The company is <strong>not responsible for personal items<\/strong> kept in the fridge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The company is <strong>not liable for injuries or damages<\/strong> resulting from use of the fridge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>fridge remains the property of the rental company<\/strong> &#8211;
