• The service is available only to full-time college or university students.
  • The rental period runs from 1 February to 30 November each academic year.
  • Includes a standard-sized fridge with a deep freezer.
  • The agreement is for one user (non-transferable).
  • The primary renter can share the fridge but is responsible for all damages, payments, and communication.
  • Fridges are inspected every 2–3 months to ensure they work properly.
  • The renter must allow access for inspections or maintenance when required.
  • Report any issues immediately – repairs and maintenance are free unless damage is due to negligence.
  • Monthly rental fee: R350.
  • First payment: R450 (includes a R100 delivery fee).
  • Payments must be made on the same date each month.
  • A 3-day grace period is allowed for late payments with communication.
  • After that, a R10 daily late fee will apply.
  • Early cancellation during the academic year carries a R700 penalty and requires one month’s notice.
  • The company is not responsible for personal items kept in the fridge.
  • The company is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from use of the fridge.
  • The fridge remains the property of the rental company – the student only has possession during the rental period.
  • Terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
  • If any term becomes invalid, the rest of the agreement stays in effect.
